Match report from our captain Bill Tracey:
Bexhill 2 hosted Brighton and Hove 2 on Friday 20th January.
Our team, in board order was Leo, John, Andy and Derek.
Andy was first to finish overwhelming his opponent in only 16 moves!
John and Derek fought hard but unfortunately both lost.
Leo, on board 1 played very well to beat a strong opponent rated 1890.
This meant that the match ended in a 2 all draw which is a good effort against a very strong club.
We have now played 3 matches with one loss one draw and one win.
